Ingredients:

Black Pepper (Organic), Chili Flakes (Organic), Cinnamon (Organic), Coconut (Organic), Ginger (Organic), Turmeric (Organic)

Recipe: In a small saucepan, add 2 heaping teaspoons to 1 cup of milk of choice. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes minimum. If desired, add sweetener (honey, agave, molasses, maple syrup) while simmering.
